About Us

Men’s Fraternity Lafayette (MFL) was established to present the Men’s Fraternity program in a manner that makes it available to all men in Lafayette Parish. MFL intends to be a catalyst for launching Men’s Fraternity programs throughout Lafayette Parish.

MFL provides pooled leadership so that churches can make Men’s Fraternity available to their men without expending significant leadership energy.  Churches already have many programs on the church calendar.  It is difficult to find volunteers for existing programming, let alone finding leaders to initiate new programming.

The benefits of MFL for the local church are:  1) significant life change in your men, 2) catalyst for bringing men together in your church, 3) create a culture of male leadership in your church, and 4) all this without expending a great amount of leadership energy.

MFL will create the next generation of leaders within your church, heal broken families and draw men closer to God and each other.
